“We are proud of the great ongoing working relationships we have developed over the last twelve plus years
and here is what our clients have to say.”

BMD: Constructions offers civil and industrial construction services for major infrastructure projects throughout Australia.

For over 6 years now I’ve chosen to work with Vacuum Excavation for all my small and large projects because they simply provide an outstanding service.

I know I’ll get the support and the resources when I need them. Recently we had a major spill on a project at Chermside during the night. I called Peter at 1am and he literally had a truck on site within an hour.

I can’t fault their commitment, reliability or service. Nothing’s too much for them. On the rare occasion when they can’t help me, Peter will call around and try to find a solution for us anyway. They really do go above and beyond.

"Since I had Vacuum Excavation do a job for me 4 years ago, I haven’t gone anywhere else. They are experienced, highly efficient, and polite, they turn up on time and their operators have a great work ethic. If I need a truck for an urgent job, I know I can just call VEA up and they’ll get a truck to me within a few hours.

It’s Vacuum Excavation’s larger capacity trucks that hold the biggest appeal though. There are few liquid waste dumps around; they’re expensive, and the fewer trips to these places the better.

With some of VEA’s larger trucks, I only have to make one trip. I’ve also found their big trucks are on site less than half the time of the smaller trucks. It all adds up to significant savings.

We can also get away with using one operator from VEA. Because their operators are highly experienced and skilled, I can use my own contractors, also saving me money.

All around, I can’t fault Vacuum Excavation Australia Pty Ltd (VEA) and would recommend them to anyone."

"We’ve used a number of other similar companies, but since we’ve started using Vacuum Excavation, we haven’t looked back.

They offer the complete package – their service and communication are exceptional, their operators punctual, highly skilled and extremely efficient and a big one – their equipment is modern and reliable.

We’ve found equipment from other companies regularly breaks down, but you’re still charged for time on site. We incur a direct cost to the excavation company, but also wage costs for the other employees. Since we’ve started working with Vacuum Excavation, their equipment has never once broken down. Time is money, which is why we wouldn’t even consider another company now.

Their employees are also outstanding. They just don’t stop! They are punctual, committed and keep you informed each step of the way. Their operators are also highly skilled, which makes a big difference to the bottom line as you pay by the hour.

We work on highly sensitive local government sites, and I can have absolute confidence that work produced by Vacuum Excavation will be top quality. I’ve even seen their operators put up plastic sheets to protect surrounding surfaces and vehicles from over spray of dirt - so they’re considerate as well.

I’ve worked in this industry for many years, and Vacuum Excavation is a stand out. I’d recommend them to anyone – you won’t look back."

"There are 2 main reasons I’ve stuck with Vacuum Excavation for the past 5 years: their professionalism and ‘can do attitude’.

We often work on sites with difficult access, where the job itself is challenging and there are also a number of other services operating. I’ve found that nothing’s too hard for the operators at Vacuum Excavation Australia Pty Ltd. In my work, I need solutions – I don’t need problems. The team at Vacuum Excavation Australia Pty Ltd are reliable in presenting me with solutions – which is why I wouldn’t go anywhere else."
